Renew your loan
You can ask for a renewal once your balance is under $150 and you have kept to your contract terms. It is never guaranteed.

Before you ask
Who can request a renewal

- You have kept to your contract terms
Approval is not guaranteed.
The eligibility criteria still apply
- 18 or older
- Living in Canada
- A stable job
- Pay deposited into a Canadian bank account
- Net income of at least $1,500 a month
- No consumer proposal, debt consolidation or bankruptcy in the last 30 days, and none planned in the next 6 months

In three steps
How to request it

Step 1
Check your balance
Not sure about your balance or your contract terms? Call us before you send the request.
Step 2
Fill in the renewal form
The form is online: open it from this page or from your client area.
Step 3
Review, contract, deposit
Your request is reviewed for your ability to repay. If it is approved, you read and sign the lender’s contract, then the money is deposited.
In plain terms
What can lead to a refusal
A balance under $150 is not enough on its own: the request can be refused if your contract terms were not respected.
As with any request, these reasons can also lead to a refusal:
- Bank verification (IBV) not completed
- Bank account too recent
- Incomplete documents
- Eligibility criteria not met
- Debt ratio too high
- A returned (NSF) payment or a stop payment
- Other reasons judged appropriate
